These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Aken Creations ("we," "us," "our") to our customers ("you," "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change after the expiration of the quote.

2. Deposits and Payment Terms

For jobs exceeding $1,000, a 50% deposit is required before work commences. The balance is due upon completion or delivery.

For jobs under $1,000, payment is required in full upon delivery.

Approved business accounts may be eligible for 30-day payment terms. Late payments may incur interest or fees.

3. Design Approval

All designs must be reviewed and approved by you before production begins.

Once approval is given, no further changes can be made without incurring additional charges.

4. Production Timeline

Production timelines will be provided after design approval and receipt of the deposit (if applicable).

Delays caused by third-party suppliers, unforeseen circumstances, or incomplete information provided by you may impact delivery timeframes.

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and/or installation services will be agreed upon prior to project commencement.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery or installation.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made before work has commenced may incur administrative fees.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.

7. Warranty and Liability

We warrant that our products will be free from material defects for 12 months under normal use.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 Materials supplied by the customer will not be covered under warranty, as we cannot guarantee the quality of materials not provided by us.

8. Use of Photos

By engaging with us, you agree that photos of completed work may be taken and used by Aken Creations for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your project to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to project completion.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership of intellectual property rights in designs remains with Aken Creations unless transferred by written agreement.

You agree not to reproduce or distribute our designs without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
